Daren H. Lipinsky:
Since the firm's inception in 2000, Mr. Lipinsky has successfully represented clients in all areas of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, disability and pregnancy discrimination, race, age, sexual orientation and gender discrimination, California Family Rights Act violations, Wage and Hour violations, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination in violation of public policy . His aggressive and dedicated approach to the litigation process and the rights of employees has resulted in numerous successes against some of the nation's largest employers. Recently, Mr. Lipinsky obtained an aggregate award of over $3 million from a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) arbitration panel against a national brokerage-dealer on behalf of three injured clients. Mr. Lipinsky was named to this year's Marquis Who's Who in American Law, 30th Anniversary Edition
Mr. Lipinsky is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Eastern San Gabriel Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. |
Steve J. Brown:
Mr. Brown has extensive ties to the Inland Empire legal community which date back to his adolescent years. His father was a personal injury litigator and trial attorney for 37 years, which greatly influenced his career path. Over the past twelve years, Mr. Brown has had extensive litigation and trial experience in various areas of civil litigation. His straight-forward, thoughtful and aggressive approach to matters has gained him the respect of clients and legal adversaries alike.
Mr. Brown is a member of the Eastern San Gabriel and Los Angeles Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, and the East/West Family Law Counsel.

Gina L. Ducceschi:
Ms. Ducceschi brings several years of child advocacy experience to the firm, having been a lawyer for abused and neglected children in Los Angeles County's Dependancy Court system from 1998-2002. Her compassion for her clients, extensive trial experience, and keen ability to spot and resolve issues makes her a valuable member of the firm's litigation team.
Ms. Ducceschi is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association.

Michael A. Padgett:
Mr. Padgett has been with the firm since 2003, first as a law clerk while in law school, and then as Associate Attorney. He has extensive knowledge of the Fair Employment and Housing Act ("FEHA"), and works closely with Mr. Lipinsky on the firm's many employment law cases. Mr. Padgett is also well-versed in the 2004 Private Attorneys General Act ("PAGA"), which permits employees to seek civil penalties for various Labor Code violations including missed meal and rest periods.
Mr. Padgett is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Riverside County Bar Association.

John Fessler:
Mr. Fessler has over 25 years of litigation experience, representing the interests of both plaintiffs and defendants. His practice has primarily focused on representing those who reside in the Inland Empire, giving him a wealth of experience and exposure to its courts and judges. Mr. Fessler's reputation among his peers and judges as a "straight shooter" and tenacious litigator has greatly benefited this firm's employment law and personal injury clients.

Aaron Ray Boyd:
Mr. Boyd is a well-respected lead trial attorney who has been representing both individual plaintiffs and corporate defendants for the past 17 years. His thorough and aggressive litigation skills coupled with his congenial manner with juries and judges has led to numerous courtroom successes. In addition to serving as Of Counsel to the firm's Employment Law and Personal Injury departments, Mr. Boyd also serves as a regional counsel for Old Dominion Freight Lines, Inc.
Michael S. Kelly, Esq.:
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the Notre Dame Law School and the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer who has practiced in state and federal courts throughout Southern California for the past seventeen years. Mr. Kelly's practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment, complex personal injury, business and consumer law matters.
